We are a small family owned and operated Auto Repair Facility in Rochester New York. Paul Ferrel started Ferrel's Garage in 1981. With his retirement in early 2024, he passed the business down to his 2 sons, Willis Ferrel and Clinton Ferrel.  Willis has been working for the garage since early 2001. Under Paul, he had been the head of Accounting, Marketing and Human Resources since the fall of 2007. Clinton started working for the garage in 2004 and under Paul had been the Chief of Operations since 2010. Clinton has stepped into Paul's role as CEO and Willis has become the company CFO. Paul Ferrel's philosophy of "The Customer is Number 1" is still reflected in our day-to-day operations. Our staff is ASE certified and continually being educated on the latest auto makes and models, as well as the latest repair techniques and information, in order to provide our customers with the best service possible. We use all the latest up-to-date equipment to repair all vehicles from antique to contemporary, along with the products needed to keep your vehicle performing at its peak. Come in and see us!
