We are a small family owned and operated Auto Repair Facility in Rochester New York. Paul Ferrel started the business in 1981 and has now passed it down to his 2 sons, Willis Ferrel and Clinton Ferrel.  His philosophy of "The Customer is Number 1" is still reflected in our day-to-day operations.
